1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkabat ("pkabat", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the pkabat website, mobile-optimised platform, account dashboard, games, sportsbook, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or services made available through pkabat.

By completing the pkabat registration process, accessing the pkabat Login page, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration

To access pkabat's services, you must create an account through the official pkabat registration process. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one pkabat account only. Maintaining or attempting to maintain more than one account — whether under the same or different details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (used for JazzCash or EasyPaisa verification), and any other required details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Contact Details: You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and mobile number associated with your pkabat account. pkabat will use these contact details for account communications, security alerts, and verification purposes.
• Account Transfers: pkabat accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your pkabat account or any interest therein to another party.
• Account Closure by pkabat: pkabat reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its reasonable discretion, including where there are grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, Terms violations, or where required by regulatory obligations.

4. Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkabat Login credentials, including your username, password, and any associated OTP or two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your pkabat Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your pkabat account, including family members and friends.
• You are liable for all activity that occurs through your pkabat account, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have notified pkabat of a security breach in advance.
• If you suspect that your pkabat Login credentials have been compromised, you must notify pkabat's live chat support immediately and change your password without delay.

pkabat implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted through the platform. However, pkabat cannot be held responsible for security breaches that result from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Deposits

pkabat accepts deposits from Pakistani players through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and USDT. The following deposit terms apply:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for bank transfer and USDT are stated on the pkabat cashier page and may be updated periodically.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you must not use payment methods not registered in your own name.

6. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawal of funds from your pkabat account is subject to completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. The following terms govern withdrawals:

• KYC Requirement: Before processing your first withdrawal, pkabat requires verification of your identity. Standard KYC documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) and confirmation of your payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash registered name matching your account name).
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.

pkabat offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All pkabat bonuses are governed by the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. • Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. 10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkabat and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using pkabat for money laundering purposes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkabat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkabat content without prior written consent from pkabat.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkabat's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the pkabat platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pkabat in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkabat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, whether or not pkabat has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

pkabat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use pkabat at your own risk.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

pkabat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering a pkabat account, you consent to pkabat's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkabat will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors (including Jazz and Easypaisa networks for transaction verification), KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by pkabat by contacting our support team. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pkabat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkabat will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of pkabat following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the platform before the effective date of the changes.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkabat's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of pkabat shall first be referred to pkabat's customer support team for informal resolution.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be escalated through pkabat's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
